We are in search for a dynamic Business Manager to lead our growing team to perform their best.

Job Type: Full-time

 

Compensation: Average salary $70,000-90,000 (Base +  commission)

​

Experience/Education:

• 3+ years management experience (preferred) 

• 3+ years sales experience (preferred)

• Knowledge of medical/aesthetic treatments is a plus

• 2 year Associates degree minimum

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) 

• Proven understanding of creating a client-first environment

• Proven success in sales and team leadership

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to maintain highly confidential information

• Displays a passion for the aesthetics industry  

• Intermediate computer skills

In this role, you will: 

• Ensure a high level of service, and execution of service standards

• Lead team to achieve, and exceed personal, team, and individual sales goals 

• Provides strong leadership/management presence

• Manages staffing schedules to promote a work-life balance and meet the needs of the business

• Handle administrative tasks including but not limited to payroll, scheduling, inventory, and reporting

• Implement structure, policies, and procedures

• Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectation, goals, and delegate

• Must maintain confidential information 

• Perform all sales consultations and educate clients on aesthetics and Laser Hair Removal

• Actively seek client referrals and reviews, promote, and recommend additional packages

• Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments

• Participate in company on-site events to market our services to the community

• Conduct Client Satisfaction surveys

• Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees

• Complete employee work schedules

• Maintain a positive working environment for all team members
