The health and safety of our members, guests and team members is the highest priority at Graceology Med Spa. 

Especially in the current environment and situation with COVID-19, you deserve to feel confident that every time you visit us we will consistently practice high levels of standards in cleanliness.  
 

What We Are Committed To Do

  • Meeting or exceeding all state, local and regulatory guidelines relating to sanitation and hygiene. 

  • Thoroughly wiping down all treatment rooms and tools with approved hospital-grade or EPA-registered disinfectants and cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms and common areas.

  • All Graceology Med Spa team members will wear a mask.

  • Increased education for our team focused on sanitation and hygiene standards for smart, safe practices.

What We Ask of You

  • All guests must answer the following health screen questions prior to every session: 

    • Have you been asked to self-isolate or quarantine by a doctor or a local public health official in the last 14 days?

    • Have you experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (fever, cough, shortness of breath or other respiratory problem)?

    • Have you had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?

  • Should you feel ill prior to any scheduled appointment or if you can answer ‘yes’ to any of the questions, contact us to reschedule your appointment for a later date. If you appear ill when you arrive for your appointment and/or answer ‘yes’ to any of the questions, we will cancel your appointment and assist you in rescheduling your appointment.

  • Face masks are strongly encouraged for all clients and may be required based on state-specific orders.
