Graceology Med Spa is hiring a licensed Esthetician to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who loves skincare, connects easily with people, and takes pride in doing things the right way. This role blends results-driven treatments with real patient relationships.

Experience/Education:
-
Current Esthetician license in good standing

1-2+ year of hands-on esthetics experience preferred

Strong client communication skills (clear, confident, friendly)

A natural sense of accountability—you own your schedule and your results

Passion for skincare, aesthetics, and continued learning

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds

Comfort working independently while still being a great teammate

Professional discretion and respect for client privacy
In this role, you will:

Perform customized facial and skincare treatments following established protocols
-
Educate clients on treatment options, skincare routines, and pre/post care

Create a welcoming, calm experience for every guest

Maintain accurate and timely client documentation

Prep and reset treatment rooms between appointments

Keep treatment spaces clean, organized, and client-ready

Work closely with providers and leadership on treatment plans and client goals
