Integrative Therapy

Your body does not work in silos. Neither do we. Integrative therapy at Graceology starts with one question: what is actually going on?

Hormone shifts, stubborn weight, gut disruption, low energy that will not quit. These are not separate problems to patch.

They are signals. We listen to all of them.

WHAT IS INTEGRATIVE THERAPY

A plan built around you.

Integrative therapy combines functional medicine principles with advanced treatment protocols to identify and address the root causes of how you feel. Not just the symptoms. Rather than treating each concern in isolation, we look at the full picture of your health. Your hormones, your gut, your metabolism, your energy systems, and how they interact.

Most people come to us knowing something is off but not knowing what to call it. That is exactly where we start. Lab work, clinical assessment, and a thorough intake give us the information we need to build a protocol that fits your biology, your goals, and your life.

Consultation and intake

A thorough one-on-one review of your health history, symptoms, and goals.

We take the time to understand what you are experiencing before recommending anything.

Protocol design

A personalized treatment plan built around your results, not a standard protocol.

Every recommendation is informed by your data and your goals.

Lab work and diagnostics

Comprehensive lab testing to identify hormonal imbalances, metabolic dysfunction, gut issues, or other underlying factors contributing to your symptoms.

Ongoing support & adjustment

Regular follow-ups to monitor your response, adjust your protocol, and ensure you are making real, measurable progress toward your health goals.

WHAT WE TREAT

Most people come to us knowing something is off. We figure out what.

FAQ

Frequent asked questions.

How is integrative therapy different from seeing my regular doctor?

Traditional medicine is designed to identify and treat disease. Integrative therapy is designed to optimize how you feel and function, addressing the root causes of symptoms that often fall through the cracks of a standard medical visit. We spend more time, run more comprehensive labs, and build individualized protocols rather than following a standard of care designed for the average patient.

What does a first appointment look like?

Your first appointment is a comprehensive consultation. Your provider reviews your full health history, current symptoms, lifestyle factors, and goals. Lab work is typically ordered at or after this visit to inform your protocol. Plan for a longer appointment than you are used to. We take the time to actually understand your situation.

How long before I feel a difference?

It depends on what we are addressing and the protocol we build. Some guests notice changes within a few weeks. Others take 2 to 3 months of consistent treatment before the shift becomes significant. Your provider will give you a realistic timeline based on your specific situation at your consultation.

Can I combine integrative therapy with aesthetic services?

Yes. Many of our guests combine wellness and aesthetic services. How you feel on the inside often shows up on the outside and vice versa. Your provider can help you build a plan that addresses both.
